
Ok so my new adventure is trying to get into shape and lose the weight that I gained with Tregan.. Which I won't say how much that is but it wasn't pretty.. For anyone who doesn't know the body for life challenge is a freaking crazy workout schedule and eating allot of protein and complex carbs along with veggie and fruit... If anyone is interested you can go to www.bodyforlife.com and check it out.. I am actually having a really good time doing it because my friend Jamie is doing it with me, and it gives me a chance to have a little mommy time, thought I have to say I would much rather spend my mommy time getting a pedicure or having coffee with friends.. :)
So I am going to post a photo of me know then I will post one again in 12 weeks when I finish the frist cycle and get ready for the second..
